Andrew J. Allen, P.E. began his career in 1995 as a mechanical / electrical / plumbing consultant for PHA. He later left the firm to gain diverse engineering experience in the private and public sectors. Andrew achieved valuable experience in retail, municipal and education fields. In 2006, he re-joined PHA as a partner. His role as President and CEO involves his overseeing all aspects of the business as well as serving as the primary engineer of record for most projects. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas.

Since 1999, Randy has been part of the PHA team and has worked in project management since 2012. As a Sr. project manager at PHA, Randy’s main concern is that the client be satisfied with the project regarding quality control, timeline, and meeting project deadlines. He coordinates with the staff to assure that daily objectives are met. Randy also oversees the design process, ensuring deadlines are met, providing team mentoring, interaction with clients, coordination with other consultants, providing quality assurance reviews for projects, and participating in construction administration and marketing. His technical experience consists of project and production management, electrical design, and computer drafting. Randy’s consulting background consists of project involvement from inception to completion with an emphasis on client relations. He holds an Associate of Applied Sciences in Computer Aided Drafting from ITT in Richardson, Texas.

TK holds an ABET accredited Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Asmara, Eritrea and has been a licensed professional engineer in the State of Texas since 2012. Since 2014, TK has been part of the PHA team and has worked in project management since 2017. As a project manager of PHA, TK’s mains client relationships and spearheads design team’s day to day operations with projects regarding quality control, timeline, and meeting project deadlines. TK also oversees the design process, providing team mentoring, quality assurance reviews for projects, and participating in construction administration and marketing. His technical experience consists of project management, mechanical and electrical design.
